Jen Z was extremely communicative and efficient during the car buying process. I had mentioned I was coming from over an hour away and wanted to have everything done so when I got there I just had to sign papers, and that’s exactly what happened. She was instrumental in making the process seamless and painless. When I arrived at the dealership, Adrian and Carlos were also super kind and helpful. Love my new car and would consider traveling to Ciocca again in the future!

I recently used Ciocca Chevrolet GMC in Atlantic City NJ to install the Intellihaul 3.0 trailering camera system on my new 2026 GMC Sierra Elevation. I could not be more happier with my service person Keith and the mechanic/tech person that installed my system. I wish I could of thanked him directly. It's an all day job installing the front camera and 2 side cameras. The work was exceptional and integrated into the Google display. In addition to there expert install, their service people are unmatched. You get a direct phone # to text or call your service person. Plus they have a courtesy driver Ms. T (I forget her name, sorry). Ms. T is so fun to talk to and has a wealth of knowledge and experiences. Ciocca is a superior all around dealership and I highly recommend them for all your needs. Thank you!

I am beyond disgusted with this dealership and their deceitful tactics. I worked a deal on a C8 Eray with Amoni, gave them $25,000 towards the purchase, signed all the dealership and loan documents, and thought everything was going smooth. Until I tried to set up shipping and then I get told by Amoni and Carlo that they can't ship the vehicle until they had additional title paperwork signed and sent back to them as it needed to have a wet signature and notarization. I told them that I will get the paperwork signed and sent back overnight, but that they needed to make sure the shipping company gets the vehicle and shipped out. The packaged/paperwork from Carlo was delayed and so they refused to let the vehicle ship. I told Amoni and Carlo to cancel the deal as I wasn't going to have them receive my money, but not ship the vehicle. Carlo came back the next morning and said that he talked to management and that they will reduce the vehicle price and that they talked to the shipper who will pick up the car the next morning. The paper needing signed will not hold up the car shipping, but I just need to make sure to sign and get back ASAP. I signed the paperwork and gave confirmation of
